The challenge
To provide a marketing program that gave this iconic lower Blue Mountains property the respect and marketing exposure it deserved. It was a highly emotional sale for our very private clients and needed to be handled with a detailed and custom built marketing campaign accompanied with highly detailed feedback and communication with the vendors.
The solution
A comprehensive marketing program with no short cuts. Including a cover page article in the Real Estate section in one of Sydney's leading newspapers, a property video that captured the charm and elegance of the property and a significant and targeted digital and social media campaign. High quality print media was also used to create additional exposure. Buyer inspections were arranged strictly by appointment rather than open homes to ensure the clients request for privacy and properly qualified inspections.
End result was a sale price in excess of $100,000 above another local agents opinion and in line with the price opinion we had given the client at our first meeting. We created competition between a Sydney based investor and a young local professional couple who ended up the successful purchases. Our local knowledge and appreciation for the value of such a unique and beautiful property along with the respect for the clients privacy made for a rewarding experience.
