The challenge To achieve around $200,000 more than any other residential property in the suburb had previously achieved. I had sold the other two highest residential sales in the suburb and was able to provide a level of knowledge and marketing not being offered by other local agents. This suburb is a small pocket of houses and is not all that well known outside the Blue Mountains so we had to ensure the marketing coverage found people rather than potential buyers searching specifically for Yellow Rock the suburb.
The solution A comprehensive marketing program with no short cuts. An extensive digital and social media strategy was put in place and supported by high quality print media, quality (and realistic) photography and professional videography including drone footage. This enabled us to reach an enormous pool of potential buyers both local and from out of the area.
