Panga fillet marinated with mustard and dill. Discover the amazing taste sensation of Queens Pangalicious! A delicious combination of panga and a marinade of mustard and dill. Quick and easy to prepare. The fillets are packed separately for better protection and thaw quickly and hygienically.

Preparation
To bake the fillets, defrost in the refrigerator or place the vacuum packing about 20 minutes in cold water. Tasty from the oven with stir fried vegetables and pasta.

Oven
(Preheating at 200°C, convection oven 180°C): wrap the fillet with a knob of butter in aluminum foil and cook 20-22 minutes.

Frying Pan
(Nonstick): cook the thawed fillets in oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on each side (instead of frozen & 6-8).

Microwave
(600 Watt): Remove the vacuum packaging and place the fillet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with (microwave) plastic wraps and cook 7 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
